Subject to a medical,US international star Brain McBride is expected to join Fulham from MLS side Columbus Crew on a two and a half year deal.

Following the imminent move of Saha to Manchester United Fulham wasted no time and swooped for the 31 year old.McBride has already had Premier League experience when he had a loan spell at Everton scoring 8 goals.McBride scored two goals at the last World Cup in which the US made it to the quarter-finals and he won his first cap against Honduras in 1993.His experience in the Premier Leauge will be a advantage,he has great aerial ability and can combine well up front in making the goals as well as scoring.

Well i would say he will play straight away, they will be a striker short as Saha could be gone by the weekend and Man United wouldn't want Fulham to play him if the deal is not done by then incase of injury.

Well he has played in the premier league before so it won't be new to him,he has great experience so i think it won't take him long to settle in to the Fulham side,he will give them a boost as they are struggling up front. As to how well he will do,i expect him to do pretty good.

Not much news but I'm sure Mcbride has gone to Fulham, things have gone a bit quiet, only a week left so things will get busy in the transfer market soon.
