Manchester United seem to be under close scruntiny again as The Football Association are to receive written imformation from Manchester United on the transfer of Kleberson and then decided whether to take action against the club. The deal was brokered by two agents provided by Manchester United and Klebersons own agent Juan Figer was frozen out of the deal.

Figer who may have lost up to 480,000 on the deal has stated that Man U should not have been able to behave like this. This is not the first time Manchester United have been in hot water as The F.A are currently looking at the summer transfer of American goalkeeper Tim Howard from the Metrostars.

The Football Association have not received any evidence of untoward activity concerning Manchester United's signing of Brazilian Kleberson. There have been claims that United authorised an unlicensed agent to act on their behalf during negotiations for the 6million signing of Kleberson from Atletico Paranense last summer.

Using of an unlicensed agent breaches FIFA regulations and would need to be investigated by the FA if they believe there is sufficient evidence to warrant it.
