SYDNEY, Australia -- Kostya Tszyu called off a Feb. 7 title fight against Sharmba Mitchell in Moscow, citing a shoulder injury.
Tszyu, an Australian who was born in Russia, partially ruptured a tendon during training Tuesday, his management team said Friday.
Tszyu's promoter, Vlad Warton, said he expects the bout to be rescheduled. The rematch was for Tszyu's WBC and WBA super lightweight titles and IBF
junior welterweight crown.
