COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Suspended Ohio State tailback Maurice Clarett wants to play for the Buckeyes next season, even if he wins a lawsuit that would make
him eligible for the NFL draft.
Clarett, who in 2002 helped Ohio State win the national championship, will be allowed to join the team for winter conditioning workouts next week.
Clarett is making a mockery out of the whole issue. If he wanted to fight the NFL, he should of done so for a reason that he actually believed in and
would of followed. I think Buckeye's fans and players are just getting sick of hearing his name. I sure know I am. Now if he does beat the NFL and is
allowed to enter the draft can he go back to OSU? I know once a player declares for the draft AND signs a agent he is not elgible to play any NCAA
sport again.....I wonder what the implications are.
