Appropriate place to show appreciation for applause - help please

Topic started on 1-1-2007 @ 06:05 PM by Mayacara

Hi, I just got applause from Byrd for a contribution to a thread. My question is, is it considered bad form to go back to that thread and thank him. I realise that this is probably no big deal for most experienced members but I've only recently plucked up the courage to contribute and my writing is very rusty, so for me thanking him in the proper way is important. I do want to make more contributions to that particular subject and I am slowly plucking up the courage to go back and do so, so could I just slip in a little thank you while I am doing that?

Many thanks in advance if you can help me with this.

Cara

The easiest way to say thanks to a staff member is to send them a u2u. I'm sure she would appreciate it.

Thanks MrWuppy. I love this place so much and really don't want to upset or offend anyone, so I will do that u2u and thank you again.
