i had this question in my mind since last night:

when was the first 9/11 related conspiracy theory posted on ATS and the internet???

do we really know the origins of the 9/11 conspiracy theories, or are we just running amok with conspiracy fever because this is ATS???

please, help me locate the very first 9/11 conspiracy theory on ATS...

then we can search for the very first on the internet...

finally we can search for the very first 9/11 conspiracy theory anywhere...

this search will, hopefully, bring some light to where the original 9/11 conspiracy theories were going and what, if any, supporting evidence they had...

There were many people who were suspicous about the 9/11 attacks from the first second! The first articles about the impossibility of the official story were written by authors who - long before 9/11 - reported about the hidden powers in Washington, CIA drug running etc.
If you look for the first sources i would start with Jared Israel and Michael Ruppert.

Thats a good point, before I first visited ATS I had never previously heard of the 9/11 conspiracies, part from the odd section on various other "Conspiracy" sites, until I came to ATS where so many members had already added their own theories, their research helped open my eyes too alot of things.

i had heard a conspiracy theory about 911 on Pen and Teller's Bull#, its a show on showtime, so idk maybe start there

I thought that the anchorman on ABC started the whole controlled demo theory the second the towers started to fall.

if this anchorman didn't start the controlled demolition theory, he definitely was fuel for it...

I dont know when this interview was taken but Hunter s Thompson (R.I.P) spoke about it in a radio interview
