WASHINGTON - The Bush administration said Monday the arrest in Iraq of alleged Iranian provocateurs, including two diplomats, underscored U.S. concerns about "meddling" amid rising U.S.-Iranian strains.

The two diplomats had been invited by the Iraqi gov't. They were released.

This does not account for the other Iranians who were arrested and detained. One wonders what the diplomats were doing hanging out with them.
