I downloaded SETI@HOME, but how do I get it to join the AboveTopSecret SETI team?

Yes, I am confused also, there are no manuals! It will never do, I wish to buy the full package from my local vendor but I cannot find SETI at HOME unfortunate.

There are no manuals. It's a software program developed by UC Berkeley. Click Here for more info about this program. So, the software cannot be bought in a store. It's free, because you are actually contributing to SETI (Search for ExtraTerrestrial Intelligence) by donating your computing time to the effort.

1. setiathome.ssl.berkeley.edu... to download it
2. Install it
3. Create a new user account and Sign in with your email address
4. setiathome.ssl.berkeley.edu... and then click on Join, put in your email address that you used for your user account.
5. Have the password emailed to you, then put that in the second box.
6. Then click Join Group

Hey, I get a 404 when I try to goto
setiathome.ssl.berkeley.edu...

Does the team still exist? Has it been banned? Or is there a new team name?

we still have an ATS team, but as the SETI program is now run via a program called BOINC the link has changed. Here it is
