has al-queda succeeded with their terrorist plot for x-mas eve yet?

I'm just wondering if they have managed thwart their terror plot on x-mas eve. Has it been thwarted yet? Or has it not been yet?

my first question is: what terror plot are you referring to? do you have credible proof that there was one (not trying to debunk...it's a serious question)?

my second question: if there was a plot and it was thwarted, dont you think the government would most likely hold that info close to it's chest until it had time to extract as much information from the suspects as possible to try and stop other attacks? the only reason the atlantic ocean bombing plots became public was because of a leak on the inside.

For one, it's not yet Christmas Eve.

Two, I would think it would be better to wait until after the holidays to see what, if anything happens.

Three, I hope that nothing does happen.
