The Video CLEARLY shows a female ghost in this North Carolina Courthouse. When security saw the image from the security camera they went to investigate thinking there was a person there. What do you think?CBS Video

The fact that it is completely stagnant doesn't really help the case.

Personally I agree that it is just a reflection.
