Well there's four hours to go before Liverpool have to climb yet another European mountain and beat Chelsea by three clear goals to go on to the next phase of the competition. Only a complete fool would bet against them achieving it! However, being a realist I think we'll win but not by enough to go through. We'll just have to satisfy ourselves with the league this year.
As for the nonsense that seems to have gone on above. Come on guys get your act together. At the end of the day it's a game. Yes, we all love our clubs but lets not let our sides down (Liverpool and Chelsea) in front of the good people here on ATS.

AS for Lucas. . . he's not good enough to pull on the famous red shirt of Liverpool.

What a cracking game..... can't fault the effort shown..

We shoulda been 4-0 up at half time though.

It's almost impossible to defeat Guus Hiddink. It can't be luck anymore; everywhere he goes he's got success (South-Korea, Australia, Russia, PSV now Chelsea. He either has a guardian angel or he's the best in the world. I bet he is the best and has a guardian angel.

I hoped Liverpool would win as I really cannot stand this Chelski. Anyway, I've seen Lucas playing some times now and I'm all but impressed with his performance. Yesterday, I thought he'd be substituted as he really was the weakest link in the chain yesterday, in my opinion.
