"Hopefully it won't make a difference to us that the second leg is away," Benitez told his club's website. "We have to think about the first game at Anfield with our fans behind us and look to get a positive result to take to Stamford Bridge.

We've had 2nd leg Home advantage so many times. I know it does, but it shouldn't make too much difference. Nobody wants to draw Liverpool in the Champions League. Hopefully, Rafa will have the advantage of a full squad of available players.

Chelsea are about as good away as at home. For a few seasons they aren't great at comebacks. One or two goals down rarely sees them recovering a win. Score draws, bore draws. One or two goals at Anfield and a clean sheet should see us through. The Premier is Utds to lose, Europe is ours for the taking

Easier said that done.

Sorry for being pessimistic.

Who could blame you after this topsy turvey season.

Hopefully we are now peaking and can sweep villa aside a la madrid and utd.

Chelsea lost as well

COME ON YOU REDS!

FIFA are now saying that if we beat Chelsea again we get to keep them!
Great to see the Manc falling apart with the pressure. I don't want to put the mockers on it but I think we could do the double.

We haven't got a game for a few weeks now due to England having a game. Just want to remind all you Liverpool supporters here that the anniversary of the Hillsborough disaster is quickly approaching (April 15th).
It would be a show of unity if we all remembered those who lost their lives.

Peace.

Hey guys, I just thought it might be an idea for a few of us to link this in our sigs for other LFC fans who might have missed it.

The more the merrier as they say.

Perhaps we could also have a few posts detailing where we were when the disaster happened etc...

Good idea my friend. Although I wasn't at Hillsborough three of my friends and my ex girlfriends brother were there. Even today my friends are bothered by it, refuse to buy The Sun (as most scousers whether they're blue or red do) and still bemoan the fact that nobody was brought to justice for the untimely death of those fans.

Liverpool for the League/ Champions league double. . ?

Even though this is going against some of my morals I will say that Torres is class. Great forward and he had some brilliant movement against Real Madrid during that stomping. I have only watched him a few times though...

Oh man what a terrible day for Liverpool, Forest, and football in general.

I believe the anniversary is coming up soon.

Many lessons learned from that tragedy, unfortunate that it had to come to that for changes to be made. Yet I was just reading of another such event just this last weekend in Africa.

My best wishes to all Liverpool fans on their day of remembrance.

I shall return when mockery is more appropriate.

so I know its not Liverpool, but the socerroos (aussies) won last night and it looks like we are the first country to qaulify for the world cup in Africa...Yay, congrats us!!! We're just waiting to see if Qatar ties Bahrain.

Watching Harry Kewel play made me wish he'd leave Turkey and come back to Liverpool, He is on fire and the best he's ever been....who can we bribe????

I'm excited because we are going to the WC next year...,Anyone else going?
