Actually dinosaurs are closer to birds than to reptiles. Dinosaurs are now thought to have been warm blooded, and smaller ones developed feathers to keep them warm.

Exactly, I'd be willing to bet that the term 'dragon', may very well be a Chinese to English translation error. I very seriously doubt that a paleontologist would refer to any animal as a dragon.

That "fossil" looks like a painting or engraving to me. In fact, it looks like someone familiar with calligraphy painted it. The Chinese, in particular, appreciate calligraphy, don't they? What a coincidence that the fossil resembles Chinese art and was, nevertheless, discovered in China.

It's a fake. There's a company that produces designer fossils for its clients, you tell them what you want and they create it for you. They have klingon fish on their website, sea dragons, "The Tunanator" and several other wacky creations. Pretty cool stuff if you ask me...
