Liverpool midfielder Dietmar Hamann is set to miss next month's UEFA Champions League showdown with Juventus through injury. The German international faces a month out of action after picking up a knee injury in last weekend's Merseyside derby victory over Everton. Scans have shown Hamann is suffering from a ligament problem and the news is a massive blow to Liverpool's Champions League hopes and their chances of finishing in fourth place in The Premiership.
