Chelsea: Mourino wants home grown players

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has stated that home-grown talent will always be part of his squad.

The former Porto boss made the comments in response to Arsene Wenger's decision to field an all-foreign Arsenal side against Crystal Palace on Monday evening.

The Portuguese tactician says he has a responsibility as the manager of an English club to support the England squad by developing home-grown talent at Stamford Bridge.

I like the policy, although chelsea have only bought english talent, the only one home grown is John Terry everyone else was bought.

i think it will be easy enough to mold them into the team. after all, this is his first season.
