Chelsea: Eidur would like to stay for good

Eidur Gudjohnsen has hinted that he may see out his career at Stamford Bridge.

The Icelandic international is currently in his fifth year with the Premiership leaders, and is one of the few players to have survived the Roman Abramovich revolution at Chelsea.

Jose Mourinho has frequently plumped for the 26-year-old ahead of £23 million signing Didier Drogba, and as a result Gudjohnsen feels better than ever about his place in the side.
