Bolton match-winner Kevin Nolan insists that his goal against Crystal Palace did cross the line.

Eagles defender Emmerson Boyce hooked Nolan's effort off the line but referee Graham Poll ruled a goal.

Despite Palace's appeals to the contrary, Nolan is adamant the his goal was legitimate and deservedly handed Bolton a seventh successive win.

It was proved on Match of the Day just recently that the ball did cross the line but only just, thses arguments once again bring up the topic of video technology and how useful and accessible it would be in a big match

I just watched it on the TV and yeah it was a goal. The referees can't be expected to see everthing and i for one would welcome video tech...
