Arsenal: Wenger wants Defender

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is set to bolster his defensive ranks with a January raid in the transfer window.

The Gunners are light on cover for their regular back four, with Pascal Cygan the only real alternative for central defenders Kolo Toure and Sol Campbell.

Wenger was frustrated in his attempts to bring Hatem Trabelsi to Highbury in the summer but is now ready to add an extra face in the New Year.

Never heard of Ryan Garry.... We'll it will be interesting to see who he tries to get, if it's an English based player watch the transfer fee go up a notch or two lol!
