Portsmouth have entered the race for the services of Russian striker Dmitri Bulykin. The hit-man has been on trial at Bolton and Crystal Palace in the past month as he bids to earn a move to England. Both Palace and Bolton were keen to sign the 25-year-old, but have been unable to strike a deal with his club Dynamo Moscow. The Russians are only interested in a permanent transfer, and are believed to be looking for a figure around 1.5 million.

It looks like there is plenty of interest in him and i wouldn't be surprised if he never went to Pompey.

well. they are saying no loan deal. its gotta be money

Dinamo Moscow insist that Dmitri Bulykin will not be loaned to any club.

The Russian club also say that Bulykin has now joined up with Portsmouth on trial.

Bulykin had rekindled talks with Bolton earlier this week, but now Pompey appear favourites to land him after making their move.
