European: Lazio avoid bankruptcy

Lazio have managed to escape bankruptcy after running up a combined debt of 109 million euros with the inland revenue. After prolonged negotiations with the Italian Collecting Agency, Lazio president Claudio Lotito announced an agreed arrangement that will see Lazio pay off their debt through 23 years of installments.

woah! that sure is alot of money

a average year, they will be paying out about 4.3 million. so really. its not tooo bad. its like sacrificing buying 1 player at that price, as am sure they do.

wonder what happened to them, even since sven left they aint been the same

Yeah that is a bit of a shocker, its surprising how many clubs are in alot of debt nowadays. The way things are going we could see alot more clubs folding up or going into administration...

remember it happened to fioretina, the italian clubs at one time where the most finicial league, the biggest signings.

and even over there, they aint safe
