Ok.....lets see how this is going to work.....
France will get it on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, while Britain would get it every other day except Sunday and then the carrier(s) would be docked?

Seriously......how is this going to effect things?
Is this another move by the EU to assert 'naval' projection?
Will the carriers amount to anything?
What are the specifics on this 'carrier(s)'?
How does it compare with current carriers in overall design, effeciency, and combat worthyness?

What you guys think? Besides the saving money bit, is this a wise move?
