European: Mihajlovic joins Inter Milan

Inter Milan announced on Friday that they have signed Sinisa Mihajlovic on a one-year deal, increasing the number of former Lazio players in their squad to five.

Coach Roberto Mancini moved from the Roman club earlier in the summer and he is clearly keen to bring as many of his former players and team-mates as possible to the club, and defender Mihajlovic is the latest.

"FC Internazionale announce that they have signed Sinisa Mihajlovic," read a statement on the club's official website.

"The player, who was out of contract, signed a one-year contract on Friday."

Mihajlovic joins former Biancocelesti Giuseppe Favalli, Juan Sebastian Veron, Dejan Stankovic and Christian Vieri at Inter.
