Harry Redknapp admits that he has a job on his hands to bring in new players at Southampton, but says none of his old West Ham team are likely arrivals.

Redknapp has been linked with a loan move for Joe Cole, but he believes that Chelsea will be unwilling to let him leave on a loan basis.

The former West Ham boss would love all of his old Hammers players to join him, but admits that it is unlikely that Cole will move to St Mary's.
