Coca-Cola Divisions: Baggies chase Dindane and Konchesky

West Brom manager Gary Megson is still firmly in the hunt for Anderlecht striker Aruna Dindane and Charlton defender Paul Konchesky.

Megson is determined to strengthen his squad before the transfer window slams shut - hopefully before next weekend's season opener at Blackburn.

Megson has already added seven new men to his promoted squad and he is now working hard to take that total to nine - with the possibility of more fresh faces to follow.

Albion have had one bid rejected by Anderlecht for Dindane but sources at The Hawthorns say talks are continuing with the Belgian outfit to find an agreeable deal.

These two players would make great additions to the side. If they manage to get them they could well easily stay in the premier league.

I thought though that Konchesky had sorted out his problems at Charlton, so they might not be willing to let him go now.
