The first Friday Fight Night of 2005 sees Enzo Maccarinelli defend his WBU cruiserweight title against Rich LaMontagne in front of what is sure to be an expectant Bridgend crowd.

Maccarinelli is a very good fighter who is seriously contemplating challenging WBO champion Johnny Nelson, but I've got to say I am not altogether happy with that at this stage of his career - he still has plenty of learning to do.
