By Salven L. Lagumbay: Kidapawan City's Diosdado "Prince" Gabi finally realizes his dream of bagging a world title crown when he challenged for the vacant World Boxing Foundation flyweight crown on December 19 on a dinner-boxing evening at Davao City's Royal Mandaya Hotel ballroom.

This was revealed yesterday by North Cotabato Governor Emmanuel Pinol, who supports Gabi together with his brother Socrates who acts as the boxer's manager.

"It's on. Gabi will be vying for the WBF title on December 19 in Davao City. This will be a must-see event," Pinol stated.
