By Ben Cohen: Charismatic WBO Super Featherweight champion 'Mighty' Mike Anchondo has spoken exclusively to Secondsout.com about his victory over Julio Pablo Chacon, his career, and the three big names of the division he would like to defend his title against in the near future.

At just 22, he is one of boxing's youngest world champions, and is no doubt one of its' brightest future stars.

How does Mike feel about himself as a fighter?

"It may come out arrogant, but I have confidence in my ability," declared Anchondo. The Californian based champion feels underrated as a fighter as no one gave him a chance against the tough veteran Goyo Vargas in December of 2003. Anchondo, however, was not intimidated. He out boxed, out punched and out thought the vastly more experienced fighter.

"After the Vargas fight, people were like 'Hey, maybe this kid does have something', but they still don't believe it, " said Anchondo.
