Briton Danny Williams' world heavyweight fight against Vitali Klitschko will take place in Las Vegas.
It was confirmed on Tuesday that the fight will be held at the Mandalay Bay Casino on 11 December.
Williams has been given a shot at the title after his shock win over Mike Tyson in the fourth round of their fight in July.
Klitschko said: "Williams may have shocked the world once but he will not shock the world again."
The fight was originally set for New York but Williams, seemed unconcerned at the change of venue.
"I've always wanted to box in Vegas," Williams told BBC Sport.
