ROBIN Reid believes Brian Magee could be out of his depth when they clash for the IBO title at the King's Hall on June 26.

Former WBC super-middleweight champion Reid believes that Magee will be in for a shock when he faces the Scouser who has been at the top level for almost a decade.

"Maybe Magee thinks he's ready for world class now but I think he may be in for a surprise. If he thinks beating Hacine Cherifi was a big thing I think he's kidding himself a little," said Reid, who overlooked other options to face Magee.
