Well it was a great night of boxing no doubt. I have a couple of coments on the fights:

1) I was surprised that John Ruiz managed to get a convincing win against Rahman. But you have to give credit where credit is due. Now if Roy Jones doesnt give Ruiz a rematch, Ruiz will be crowned the new *official* WBA World Heavyweight Champion for the second time.

2) So Spinks managed to pull it off and defeated Mayorga to become the new undisputed Welterweight Champion of the World. Spinks put on a great performance in this fight, and managed to pull off a MD. Can't wait for the rematch.

3) As usual Hopkins was brilliant. He was clearly superior in every way to Joppy. I am always amazed at what Hopkins can do in that ring. The man is amazing.

Well folks until next time.... this is Ocelot signing off!

He fought great. He managed to box his way to a win even after Mayorga tried to separate his head from his body the whole fight. Im impressed with Spinks.
