Cycling: Bettini Wins Penultimate Stage in Tour of Switzerland

Italian cyclist Paolo Bettini has won the penultimate stage of the Tour of Switzerland, but Swiss rider Fabien Jeker remains the overall leader.

Bettini finished the 191.3-kilometer stage in 4:30:25. Swiss rider Patrick Calcagni was second 1:04 back. Kim Kirchen of Luxembourg was third 1:53 behind Bettini.
