I can't wait for the new rugby season to start, im in pre season training atm. Im slowly getting back into it , it's really hard at first

Ermm ive been playing about 5 years i think , im up to the Colts level. Which is the highest junior level , about U19. After this its up to the senior level where i get my head kicked in. Im quite big i guess

Do you have a certain diet and training you do every week?

I ask loads of questions..


Also what sort of training do you do with the team and do they work ya hard?

I just got back from training tonight , i was told it was gonna be an easy one
. Im absolutely knackered, we did a good few drills and defense/attacking work. Im so unfit at the moment its killing me

lol, hope you recover soon. I'm not exactly looking forward to my pre season (starts in a week) for exactly that reason.
