Cricket: Greg Blewett joins Surrey

Surrey have signed Australian all-rounder Greg Blewett as replacement for Azhar Mahmood.

Blewett will join Surrey for three weeks, making his debut in the Twenty20 game at Hove against Sussex tomorrow as the visitors look to defend their title.

Surrey coach, Steve Rixon, said: "It's great to have Greg on board.

"He comes in at a crucial time for us as we have not had the best of luck with injuries so his ability to bat and bowl will be very handy for us.

"He is a top-grade player and will be a great asset to the side."
