VICTOR ANICHEBE (Everton) - born April 23, 1988




A product of the same system as Wayne Rooney, Nigeria-born Anichebe netted his first goal for the Toffees on the final day of last season in a 2-2 draw with West Brom. Fast and tall, he has the potential to be a devastating centre-forward. Remember the name, as someone once said of another Goodison graduate.

He's been described as a fast and powerful player, in the mould of a "traditional" centre forward, and another excellent product of Everton's Youth Academy. He currently lives with his family in Crosby, Sefton.
