Football: Leboeuf eyes American deal

Former Chelsea star Frank Leboeuf may see out the twilight of his career in America. The man who won 50 caps for France enjoyed his most successful period of club football at Stamford Bridge as he formed the heart of the Blues defence that won trophies such as the FA Cup and Cup Winners Cup during his spell from 1996 to 2001. The 1998 World Cup winner with France currently plays for Al-Waqra in Qatar, and will leave the Middle East after conceding that he has exhausted himself.
