Premiership referee Mike Dean has been suspended for the rest of the season for "breaching the terms of his employment contract". Dean will not officiate again this season after being removed from his duties until May 31 by the Professional Game Match Officials Limited (PGMOL). An involvement in an online race horse syndicate has been adjudged to be in breach of his contract, and Dean has been told to end his association with Arbitros Racing.
