The Football Association have confirmed the England squad will have four weeks to prepare for next year's World Cup finals. The announcement was made following a meeting of The FA board on Thursday, with the plan to be put in place, should Sven Goran Eriksson's men qualify for the finals in Germany next year. The break means that next season's FA Cup quarter finals will be played on Wednesday night, with the 2006 final to be played on May 13.
