Alright, here's the deal, a league that I'm in, the CFFL, is a keeper league. There are 16 teams in the league, and we keep 10 players year to year. So the top 160 veterans are outta contention.

Through some conniving and deal-busting, I've managed to land the 1st and 3rd picks in the draft. Who would ya'll be shooting for?

basically. I'm looking for rookies, I have Byron Leftwich at QB, not sure if I want to try out Eli or not.

Have they said if Eli will be starting right out of the gate? He might not start right away, I know Leftwich has the job in Jacksonville.

I haven't heard anything yet, but he'd be a good backup, maybe. I was an expansion team in this league last year, my strategy was to load up on young, promising talent, and I'd like to get some more this year.

I'm not really loking for guys that will produce a lot this year, but potentially will have a long, productive career.

CBS Sportsline

Q: I am in a 12-team keeper league where all of the top quarterbacks and running backs will not be available. This means I will look to obtain a future franchise back in the draft. Who should I consider?

G.G.: There are several rookies backs with immense upside. Kevin Jones should thrive in Detroit, Tatum Bell has a chance to play a prominent role in Denver, and Julius Jones has already been handed the top spot in Dallas. But the back that has the most long-term appeal is Steven Jackson. St. Louis stole him at No. 24 in the first round, and he could see a glut of carries this season if Marshall Faulk falls prey to injuries. In an offense built for speed and point production, Jackson should be a force for seasons to come.

No problem!

There are all kinds of good stuff at ESPN's NFL Fantasy home page:

games.espn.go.com...

Mock drafts, player rankings, depth charts, injury updates, good site to bookmark!

We'll probably be using ESPN for SportzTawk's fantasy football again, its really nice.
