Looks like Dale Jr was the heavy favorite to win the race, especially here!

jeff burton is out with engine problems, that is 2 of the rausch fords out already, kurt bush bumps with dale jr, has to pit with aw tire rub, dale looks to be ok

tony stewart leads on lap 67 after yellow flag pit stops, seems like a lot of shuffling and bumping for so early in the race, not close to half way yet

Wow, that was a big one!

Waltrip must have flipped 4 or 5 times before landing on his hood, hope he's OK. Right now he's trapped but is communicating. Just flipped the car right side up.

This is going to take a while.

They righted Waltrip's car, Michael got out under his own power and is walking to the ambulance.

They just showed that the halfway leader of the last 11 Daytona 500's have go on to lose the race.

Not good news for Tony Stewart.
