On the other hand, the SF Gate is a left leaning paper that runs this story with the idea to DISCREDIT anyone that believes in a conspiracy theory?

Who would have thought that the governments would actually collect and preserve these files. But, I guess that's what the government is there for, to collect any information, relevant or not.
