WWE: When Is Bill Golberg coming back to wrestling.

There is plenty of threads on him in the wrestling forum but as for him comming back i just don't know. They keep saying he is but nothing has happened yet. I would like to see him back and given a good role...

he was such a huge name in the WCW and it took some time for the WWE to get him. maybe it will turn out like stone cold, just every so often he will turn up in storylines rather than week in week out

Bill Goldberg has announced on his website that he will be making a major announcement regarding his in-ring future this Monday. I'm not sure what any of this means, but it does lead someone to think a little bit with the Royal Rumble tonight. Here is the message he posted on his website:

Monday, January 31, regarding his "ring" future.

On the 27th of January, Bill Goldberg posted an update on his website that said on the 31st, yesterday, he would be making a big announcement regarding his in-ring future.

Yesterday, no such announcement was made.

Today, however, Goldberg has changed the wording on his update to now read that he will be making a big announcement "soon" instead of placing a specific date.

The message now reads:

"Goldberg will make a major announcement soon

regarding his "ring" future.

All the details will be available exclusively at BillGoldberg.com."

No details are known yet of what the announcement might involve, but do not expect it to be a return to WWE. As of last month, both PWInsider and the Wrestling Observer were both reporting that Goldberg had no interest in going back to WWE.

Goldberg attended this past weekend's Ultimate Fighting Championship event. He sat ringside with a bunch of friends as part of a bachelor party celebration (Goldberg will be getting married soon). Many asked Goldberg about his in ring future but he replied that he was more interested in his acting career for now, would keep an open mind to working with PRIDE down the line. He was said to be in a great mood and talked a lot about "The Longest Yard" in which he stars in with other wrestling talents such as Kevin Nash and Steve Austin.
