Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) - Vijay Singh earned his fourth victory of the season Sunday at the Buick Open, but the Fijian remains at No. 3 in the latest Official World Golf Ranking.

John Daly, who had a chance to force a playoff with Singh, jumped up 21 spots for his runner-up finish to come in at No. 36 this week.

Tiger Woods tied for third at the Buick Open and held onto the top spot in the rankings ahead of Ernie Els and Singh. Woods is one week away from tying Greg Norman's mark of 331 weeks overall atop the world golf ranking.

Phil Mickelson stayed put at the No. 4 followed by Davis Love III, who will defend his title this week at The International. Reigning U.S. Open champion Retief Goosen was sixth again this week while Mike Weir, Padraig Harrington, Jim Furyk and Sergio Garcia all remained unchanged to complete the top 10.

Adam Scott, Kenny Perry, Chad Campbell, Darren Clarke, Stuart Appleby, Todd Hamilton, Scott Verplank, David Toms, Stephen Ames and Fred Couples all stayed in place to round out the top 20.

Luke Donald, who earned his first career victory on the European Tour at the Scandinavian Masters last week, improved 12 positions to come in at No. 51 this week, right behind Shaun Micheel, who will defending the PGA Championship next week at Whistling Straits.
