HELSINKI (Reuters) - A Finnish judge who heard four criminal cases while drunk insisted the breath test was flawed because she was too busy to brush her teeth that morning.

I wonder what would happen if the common Joe Blow would try to cop that plea? "I'm sorry your honor...the only reason the breathalyser showed a high reading was because I forgot to brush my teeth."

Oops, that'll also tick off the breathalyzer! Maybe using peanut butter will help?!
