I'm curious to know what his stats are away from Mile High. Can he be just as effective in a heavier atmosphere? Cold won't hurt him though.

I's think that if anything, being at Mile High would be a detriment, with "thinner" air, but then again, there's a lot of smog around the DC area, so maybe that was a good preparation for him

I like the leafs. Even though I disagree with them for not picking up O'Sulllivan in the NHL entry draft. Still in the waiting seat, for them to bring home the Stanley Cup.

Obviously you've read that book, "How to win Friends and Influence People." Ouch, salt in the wound. Still have to go with
Cripes how many penalties did our girls have to go through to win that game? 73?

    Reason 1: Manchester United
  • With the departures of Schmichael, Beckham, Solkjaeer, Yorke, Cole and Sheringham, ManU just died.
  • Now the bulk of the team is composed of a bunch of young uns.
  • Oh yes and I hate Tim Howard, their Goal keeprer, I would rather they had Barthez in net.
  • There were also nice plays, football that was worth watching, that was with the ManU vs. Arsenal back when they won the treble.

    Reason 2: Manchester City
  • I don't like Kevin Keegen.
  • Danny Mills (defender) was the reason Rynaldo scored for ManU against Middlesborough in last seasons premiership matchup. It was an own goal !!!!!
  • I don't like Claudio Reyna, their midfielder. (US National)
  • There only decent players include Robbie Fowler, Nickolas Anelka, and Steve McMannamon.

I have to agree with you on Manchester City and i detest Keegan as a manager.

As for Man United ollie gunnar solskjaer (sp) is still at the club. Schmiechel was passed his prime and retired not long after leaving Man U. Beckham has been a bit of a disappointment since going. Yorke and Cole has been rubbish at Blackburn. The only one i would say out the ones you named who has been just as good is Sheringham.

Man United still have a fantastic team. Neville at right back has been great for them, Roy keane in the middle, Ronaldo is unreal and better than Beckham imo. Nistlerooy up front. Giggs on the left. Rio Ferdinand one of the best defenders in the world. Thats just to name a few.

I can't say i hate them but at least they are not arrogant and full of shyte like the Arsenal side..

Just look at my avatar, you know where my loyalties lay. Don't they have a responsability to the fans? They gutted the offense. They're going to let their franchise player, Peterson, go. I've been a Niners fan for 25 years, I'm thinking of adding them to my most hated list, at #1, for butchering the team. WTF
So, I guess the Penguins are off the list.
