Hello----Is there anyone who can help me?

I am new, and I need help setting up an avatar. Everytime it says "file cannot be read", etc.

Any suggestions would be extremely helpful.

if it is a picture that you have stored on your computer then you need to upload it first so you can have a directory path for the file. If it is an internet picture then it should go right up, right click and go to properties and then copy and paste the url.
