Looks like somebody doesn't know how to communicate properly.
Or, someone is trying to bring a message about the Hong Kong terrorist police organization, saying that they install some sort of brain
device?
But, it doesn't look too credible, as most unusual information does.
I did a search on enaaaaa, and a whole bunch of stuff came up. It seems this message is in many forums. I don't know the credibility about it, but
perhaps more is sure to come about this, if it's not some joke.
