You have a point, BHN, but wouldn't the act of throwing a cup of beer at someone be considered assualt? Not that I'm defending Artest here, but this is the dude that started the whole fracas, and it is all caught on tape! My concept is, he started the largest brawl between fans and professional athletes in modern sports history. IMHO, It seems the facts are there to prove this, so I don't understand why an appeal would be heard.
