Its the NBA Finals, who is going to win. LA has home court advantage, but the Pistons have a dominating defense while the lakers have the dominating offense, who do you see winning, the underdogs or LA?

I gotta go with the Lake show, in 6, since they beat the last two teams in 6.

Malone and Payton get thier rings and go back to the teams they left behind, Kobe goes to Jail, Phil retires and Shaq goes back to Orlando to team with T-mac. The Lakers decide to fold as a franchise, until Steinbrenner buys them.

But will the lakers be able to get by this defense and heart?

I don't see that as a problem for them, the Pistons will be nothing more that a speed bump as the Lake show steamrolls to another championship.

I don't think Shaq left Orlando on exactly the best of terms....

Pistons in 6 I don't see the Lakers puttin up the points like before, but it won't be 60- 70 point games for the Piustons either. They will step up the offence a bit and win.

What are you talking about by Orlando?
I don't recall Shaq on bad terms there ever

They have offense in Rashead Wallace, Rip Hamilton and Billups

Lakers in 6.

I just hope that the Pistons' scoring droughts don't happen a lot or it'll be shorter than that.

He'll hold Shaq in check, but the rest of the team will take care of business. The Lakers just have too much.

Is it going to be big ben or is it going to be Wallace (Rashead) guarding SHAQ....they also have Malone down low so there is going to be a lot of matchups to look at.

The matchup im going to enjoy watching is the Hamilton and Kobe matchup. Hamiltion is the best conditioned althete in the whole elague and will kobe be able to keep up with him especially if he has a court case?

Kobe's stats are actually pretty good the same day as the court cases

Well his stats are good but what about his energy level, especially guarding agaisnt a guy like Rip who is constantly moving around and trying to get open running around screens and picks. Can Kobe keep up with that?

The Lakers have neough talent to sweep the series. We all know this.

Detroit will probaly find a weakness and exploit in for a game. Detroit needs to swarm their defenders and get Shaq in foul trouble.
Watch out for Kobe to take over when no one else gets it done. All the Lakers need to do is show up ready to play and find the open man. Lakers in 5.

Yeah even if he has done well, it must be pretty wearing mentally

What are YOU talking about?

He only demanded a massive 80 million dollar contract his last year publicly and said he'd leave if he got anything less, him and Penny Hardaway fought almost as badly as him and Kobe, and was booed by the fans because of all this going on.

I don't think thats leaving on great terms.

Oh and Lakers in 5. This won't be a great offensive series but when you have Shaq, you can just keep pouring it into him to frustrate either Wallace, whomever defends him.
