Pistons expected to re-sign Okur

Although Mehmet Okur hasn't been getting much playing time lately, the Pistons aren't ready to give up on him. Detroit News columnist Rob Parker writes that Okur, who will be a restricted free agent in the offseason "is still a big part of the Pistons this postseason and, more importantly, in the future".

Sonics' Allen may not deserve max contract

Should the Sonics re-sign Ray Allen? Seattle Post-Intelligencer columnist Art Thiel wonders if the Sonics would be wise to give a maximum contract to a "6-foot-4 guard who can be pounded into occasional ineffectiveness".

Heads could roll in Dallas, Sacramento

The Houston Chronicle's Fran Blinebury reports that whichever team comes out on the wrong end of the Kings-Mavericks series could make some big changes in the offseason. Chris Webber, Rick Adelman, Michael Finley and Don Nelson could find themselves with new teams next season if they fail to make it out of the first round.

Yeah, either team should be disapointed for not at least making it past the first round this year, the core of both teams has been together for a while, so I souldn't be surprised to see some changes from the loser.
