Basketball: Kobe or Tracy?

I was having this debate with some of my friends at school today.

First off let me say this. I think Kobe is so much a better player than Tracy would ever be.

Why?

Tracy can score his 30 a game but Kobe is more versatile and plus he's a better shooter.

The Magic depend on Tracy to shoot 20 a night or else his team has no shot of winning.

If Kobe takes 20 a night he'd average 40ppg.

So here's my question. If you were a coach who would you to be on your team
And who do you think is better?

Its a very hard decision to make. First let me say this would we be saying this about Kobe and T-Mac if their roles were reversed?

Lets say Tracy was on the Lakers with Shaq and Payton and Kobe was alone on the Magic. Would we have different views. Cause them Tracy would have help and thus he would be more verstile. And kobe would have to score 20 a night for his team to have a shot at winning.
